Bass Evolution (Trade Radius Online Retail) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship appearing under normal prescribed use. This warranty does not cover damage to Bass Evolution's products caused by abuse, acts of God, your failure to follow product instructions, mishandling or unauthorised repair. The warranty duration differs from product to product and is usually 6 to 12 Months.

We will instruct you on how to return the product for repair/replacement. Please include your order number in your email / message if possible. This will help us to locate your purchase faster.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
1.) The warranty of the Product extends for a period as specified above commencing from the date of original details purchase by the end customer (“Warranty Period”). In order to claim warranty, the product must be registered on our website (www.bassev.com)
2.) During the Warranty Period, Seller or its authorized service partners or service dealers will repair or replace (only in case of dead on arrival), at Seller’s option and guidelines, the Product or any relevant parts thereof in the event that the Product is found to be Defective.
3.) The repaired Product or the Product/part provided as a replacement for a Defective Product/part shall be free from Defect. The purchaser of the Product or his/her assignee (“Consumer”) shall not be charged (whether for parts, labour or otherwise) for the repair or replacement of a Defective period.
4.) The consumer must bear the return shipping cost to our hub service center at Mumbai. All the replaced Product/s or part/s shall become Consumer’s property and the Defective Product/s or part/s shall become the Seller’s property.
5.) The Warranty in respect of a repaired or replaced Product/part shall continue and remain in force for the unexpired Warranty Period.
6.) Upon request from Seller, the Consumer shall be required to provide the original purchase receipt along with a valid claim in respect of the date and place or purchase.
7.) In order to derive the benefits of this Warranty in respect of any Defect in the Product, the Consumer shall have to walk-in with the Product or part thereof with a valid claim to the authorized service center of Seller. The Consumer shall bring the Defective Product and collect the repaired Product after the completion of the service under this Warranty.
8.) The Warranty service for the Product shall be restricted to the Send In / Mail In / Carry In, consumer needs to bear the cost of sending the item to us.
9. ) All disputes shall be governed under the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Mumbai only.
10. The Consumer shall have no coverage or benefits from damages arising from failure under this Warranty in any of the following conditions:
a) The Product has been subject to abnormal use or conditions such as:
. Improper storage
. Exposure to excessive moisture or dampness
. Exposure to excessive temperatures
. Unauthorized modifications
. Unauthorized repair
. Abuse of the product
. Accident & Acts of God
. Spills of food or liquids, cosmetic damage
. Improper installation and breakage or damage
. Routine wear and tear including loosening of products.
. Only the part in question will be repaired or replaced but not the whole unit.
b) The Product has been used with or connected to an accessory: . Not supplied by Seller or its affiliates . Not fit for use with Product or . Used otherwise than in the manner in the manner intended
c) The seals of the Product enclosure have been broken or shows evidence of tampering or the Product has been used in equipment other than that for which it has been specified usable by Seller
d) A damage caused by the operating the Product outside the operating guidelines; breaking and twisting of the pins by applying excessive force, applying breakage of the charging connectors due to application of excessive pressure, miss-alignment, loosening of pins, firmware update (Non MFI Cables – Accessory Not Supported)
e) All sorts of customer induced damages such as breakage, cuts & improper usage outside the product usage guidelines.
f) Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the Product
